TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
- area of validity
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs.
For entrepreneurs, these GTCs also apply to future business relationships without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of business, their validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
The purchase contract is concluded with ARTIFYBOX (Enikö Rozman e.U.).
With the placement of the products in the online store we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded previously as follows:
- If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time of the credit card charge.
- If you have chosen to pay by direct debit, the contract is concluded at the time the account is debited.
- If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment order to PayPal.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
The text of the contract is not saved by us.
- Conditions of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
In our store, the following payment methods are available:
Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method payment in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception may be guest access). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
If you order products from us, you also confirm that the shipping can take up to 8 weeks. We have marked it on the product pages and in the email.
- Right of revocation
Consumers have the legal right of revocation as described in the revocation instruction. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
- Retention of title
- Transport damage
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you will help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
- Warranty and Guarantees
The legal liability for defects applies. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.
