• It is known for its grounding qualities and wonderful for calming effect on emotions
• The quality of fire springs from the Earth, this lends itself to a calming-but intense-energy, providing courage, and strengthening our relationship with the planet
• Because it comes from raw energy, it is considered to be a stone of rebirth and shedding unneeded layers of emotional attachmentt
• Aromatherapy: You can drop one drop of essential oil on a couple of the beads and it will last 2-3 days
• Lava stone can also be used in rooms in order to help with emotional clearing, or to keep things energetically balanced

Many cultures believe that removing lava from their source of origin is considered bad luck and disrespectful to the area Iceland and Hawaii. We source our stones from areas that have an abundance of lava and no cultural taboos about its removal. Ours primarily come from Spain, Colorado and South America.
